By using any service provided by Nikliwil, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
Nikliwil provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:
Shipping services from the USA to Jamaica
Air and/or sea freight services
Package handling, warehousing, and logistics coordination
Mobile app services available on iOS and Android platforms
Delivery services within operating areas
Referral rewards program
Nikliwil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
Nikliwil operates from Montego Bay, Jamaica. Service availability may vary based on accessibility and operational factors.
Shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges may be calculated based on weight, dimensions, or applicable service rates.
Nikliwil applies a rounding policy at 0.5 increments, meaning:
Weights ending in .5 will be rounded up to the next whole number for billing purposes.
Customers acknowledge and agree to this rounding method upon using our services.
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
Nikliwil assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.
Responsibility begins once packages are received by our warehouse or team and ends upon delivery, pickup, or transfer to third-party carriers.
Nikliwil is not responsible for:
Vendor or supplier errors
Incorrect information provided by customers
Packages lost prior to reaching our possession
Delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties
Nikliwil is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.
Fragile items including electronics, glassware, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk regardless of packaging method.
Customers must ensure all shipments comply with Jamaican laws and international shipping regulations.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Explosives, hazardous, or flammable materials
Counterfeit or replica goods
Pornographic or obscene materials
Perishable foods without approval
Live animals
Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund. Nikliwil assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, and government fees where applicable.
Nikliwil assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, or seizures imposed by authorities.
Nikliwil offers a mobile application available for iOS and Android devices.
By using the mobile app, customers agree to:
Provide accurate account information
Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
Accept that technical interruptions may occur beyond company control
The company reserves the right to update or modify app features at any time.
Customers may receive a JMD $100 referral reward when a referred customer uses Nikliwil services and spends at least JMD $2,000.
Referral rewards:
Are subject to verification
May be issued as service credit or promotional benefit
May be modified or discontinued at company discretion
Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment options.
All payments must be settled before package release or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are generally non-refundable once shipment processing begins.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package notification or delivery.
Supporting documentation such as invoices and photographs may be required.
WhatsApp or social media messages do not constitute official claims unless acknowledged by the company.
Packages not collected within 7 days of notification will incur a JMD $100 storage fee.
Packages remaining uncollected after an extended period may be returned, donated, auctioned, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.
Cancellation requests must be made prior to scheduled service where applicable. Fees may apply depending on service preparation already completed.
Nikliwil reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.
Nikliwil reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Nikliwil and its customers regarding services provided.
